Q1. What is the difference between trial session and ala carte session?
Trial sessions is valid for 1st time customers who has not tried the treatment before. Once you have utilise the trial, you are not entitled to trial price any more. You can choose to purchase the package to enjoy better value or if you do not like packages, you can just come in for single sessions with the ala carte price as and when you’d like to visit.
Q2. What is the difference between 60 mins and 90 mins session?
The session will cover the whole body. There is not much difference except for the time duration. 60 mins session is often quite short and can only help with gentle relief. If you truly enjoy massage, you should go for the 90 mins session which the therapist can spend more time relieving your achy knots, water retention and back pains.
The trial is also valid once per person, so to get better value for the trial, 90 mins session is still recommended.
Q3. What is Belly Care Therapy?
It is great for stretch marks prevention. It’s incorporated with Hyaluronic Acid serum, stretch marks cream and a rich nourishing mask to deeply hydrate and soothe any skin itchiness.
Q4. I have not tried a prenatal massage but I’d like a home visit as cases are high and I would prefer not to go out so much. What should I buy?

We recommend to start prenatal massage from week 16 onwards.
Q6. My due date is coming right up, can I still do Prenatal massage?
Generally it is safe to still do the Prenatal massage past week 36 ONLY if your pregnancy is NON-HIGH RISK. You should always get clearance from your Doctor before proceeding with the massage.
Q7. How often should I be doing Prenatal massage?
We advice once a week for relaxation, relieving of lower back pain and reducing accumulation of water retention.
Q8. Can I use the trial price for home visit?
Sorry! Trial prices are not valid for home visit. It is only valid for outlet visits. If you’d like a home visit, please refer to Q4 thank you!
Q9. I’d like to get a gift for my pregnant friend / wife!

Q10. What do I need to prepare for the massage at home?
You should have your meal at least 1 hour before and shower before the massage starts. You also need to prepare a space for us to do the massage with the massage bed.
Q11. Can I choose my therapist?
We will assign the therapist based on their respective areas. If you have a preferred therapist, do let us know and we will try to arrange based on her availability.
Q12. Will I be able to replace my therapist?
If you are not satisfied with the therapist, do inform us as soon as possible and we can make the arrangement to get you a replacement.
